中文摘要 | 電弧爐(Electrical Arc Furnace, EAF)煉鋼煙塵的發生量約為鋼產量的2%左右,依此 推估台灣目前每年約有10 萬噸以上的EAF 煉鋼煙塵產生。煙塵主要成分為鐵(15∼ 37%),鋅(7∼28%)與錳(1∼8%),主要結晶相為鋅鐵尖晶石((Mn,Zn)Fe2O4)和紅鋅礦(ZnO)。 目前對於EAF 煉鋼煙塵資源化技術大致可分為火法冶煉法及濕式冶煉兩種。火法冶煉 由於過程中添加焦炭及矽砂,使得最後爐渣量比原煙塵量還多。本計畫擬嘗試使用濕法 冶金程序處理電弧爐鋼鐵集塵灰,採用高溫濃硫酸浸漬法,將集塵灰完全溶解,再將其 主要元素鐵、鋅、錳、鉛都做有效的分離、純化及回收。第一年期計畫將針對以硫酸浸 渍國內電弧爐鍊鋼煙塵中鐵氧磁體之基礎熱力學與動力學行為進行詳細探討。計畫之研 究目的包含: (1) 探討硫酸濃度、浸渍溫度、固液比等條件對鐵氧磁體浸渍效率之影響 建立以硫酸浸渍國內電弧爐鍊鋼煙塵中鐵氧磁體之重要熱力學數據 (2) 以shrinking core model 為基礎建立以硫酸浸渍國內電弧爐鍊鋼煙塵中鐵氧磁體之重要動力學數據。 (3) 建立以硫酸浸渍國內電弧爐鍊鋼煙塵程序之基礎反應器設計及最佳操作條件。本計 畫之順利執行可以改善目前國內EAF 煉鋼煙塵資源化處理量不足之問題,解決煙塵廢 棄物對台灣EAF 煉鋼廠所造成之困擾。 |
英文摘要 | The production of steel from recycling scrap iron and steel in electrical arc furnaces (EAF) in Taiwan generates 100 thousands Tons of EAF dust per year. The dust contained about 15-37% of Fe as magnetite and franklinite, 7-28% of Zn as zincite. At present most of the available processes for EAF dust treatment were concerned with pyrometallurgical route to recover zinc and possibly other metals. However, it produced other waste products that presented further waste disposal problems, and these problems tended to be overlooked. Hence, it was worth seeking a different and simpler process. This proposal takes a hydrometallurgy route using concentrated sulfuric acid to dissolve EAF dust completely at elevated temperature. Then the dissolved Zn, Fe, Pb, and Mn is recovered and purified separately. The work involved four aspects. These are (1) estabalishing the important thermodynamics parameters for EAF dust leaching such as acid concentration, leaching temperature, and soild/liquid ratio, (2) Using the shrinking core model to fit experimental data and develope the kinetic model for EAF dust leaching, (3) proposing an optimized reactor design for EAF dust leaching. It is expected that the results of this study will provide valuable information for EAF steel making industry to solve their dust disposal problems. |
