Based on recent advancements in international energy technologies, Taiwan’s energy development objectives, and global energy demands, the Energy Science Division under the Department of Engineering and Technologies of the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) has released the “2025 Key Research Directions Plan for the Energy Science Division.”The Energy Science Division identifies several priority research areas, including flow batteries, fuel cells, lithium batteries and recycling technologies, energy conservation in industrial and building sectors, carbon capture and storage (CCS), and energy policy research.
